NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Carol “Dearheart” Pascuzzi for her depth of spirit, dedication to hard work, and continued and everlasting commitment to food, family, and community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare May 18th, 2015, “Carol ‘Dearheart’ Pascuzzi Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
