Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreements or Contracts, with a Consultant or Consultants, or Vendor or Vendors, for the purpose of Streetscape and Intersection Reconstruction, and related activities in support of such activities at a cost not to exceed $175,000.00
