NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on this second anniversary of Robert’s passing the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the brilliant light that Robert’s life was to those who knew him and loss of his life not only as a loss to Robert’s family and friends, but as a loss to the entire Pittsburgh community. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, June 12th 2015 “Robert Perry-Nichols Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
