NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Mitchell Brown for his contribution to emergency medical services and standards. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare June 23, 2015 to be the “Mitchell Brown Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
