NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh commends and celebrates the Southwest PA Says No More campaign and the Father’s Day Pledge to End Gender Violence and thanks the organizations that have come together to make them possible; and, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, June 19th 2015 to be “Father’s Day Pledge to End Gender Violence Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
