Resolution approving the recommendation made by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that the concrete portion of 9th Street, from Fort Duquesne Boulevard to Penn Avenue (heading North towards the Northside) be paved with asphalt in accordance with Section 417.06 of the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances.
