Resolution amending Resolution No. 366, effective June 10, 2015, as amended, entitled: providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of HUD for a grant in connection with the 2009 CDBG Program; so as to transfer funds from within Public Works from “Broad Street” (-$13,093.34), “Penn Ave. Reconstruction” (-$77,982.10), “East Liberty-Penn” (-$21,907.04), “Penn Avenue Corridor Phasing Plan” (-$70,000.00), “West Ohio Street/Ridge Avenue Bridge” (-$5,255.53) and “Anderson Street Underpass” (-$37,758.10); and transfer these funds to “Building Improvements” (+$225,996.11).
