Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of City Planning to enter into a grant agreement with Capital Impact Partners to support the efforts of the Affordable Housing Task Force. The grant agreement will allow the Department of City Planning to receive the services of the Cornerstone Technical Assistance Grant, awarded by Capital Impact Partners.
