NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Mr. Devine for his passion for giving, dedication to his community, the children who he taught and mentored, the church to which he is devoted to and for the love and commitment he has for his family; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the week of July 13th, 2015, to be “Mr. Pat Devine Week” in the City of Pittsburgh.
