NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Pittsburgh recognizes the achievements of Dr. Kinchington and congratulates her for winning this prestigious award; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, July 14, 2015 to be “Dr. Kinchington Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
