Petition from the residents of the City of Pittsburgh requesting a Public Hearing before City Council relative to an open meeting with Mayor Peduto and the Chiefs of EMS, Fire and Police; that Mr. Fields’ hospital visit could have been prevented; and also how the federal government can work with the Wilkinsburg Police. The petition is invalid in accordance with Section 320 of the Home Rule Charter.
