NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and celebrate the life-long dedication of William “Bill” Isler to advocacy for children and for education; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare September 1, 2015 to be “Bill Isler Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
