Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program”, by reducing Neighborhood Needs Services by $12,500 and adding that amount to Urban Redevelopment Authority for West End developments.
