Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an agreement with PMAM Corporation for the purpose of performing alarm permitting, tracking, and billing services for the City of Pittsburgh. The City will incur no initial investment costs. PMAM will retain a fee as a percentage of the revenue collected in the following amounts: 12% of funds collected up to $550,000; 18% of funds between $550,000 and $750,000; and 21% of funds collected above $750,000.
