NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Regina McDonald for over 40 years of service with the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, September 15, 2015, to be “Regina McDonald Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
