NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Lead Pastor Joyce Owens and Assistant Pastor Harry Owens for the work they do in the ministry and the lives they have touched; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, October 11, 2015, to be “Pastors Joyce and Harry Owens Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
