Resolution appointing Richard Butler, 140 Elmont Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh for a term to expire on April 30, 2018. Mr. Butler will fill the seat vacated by Frederick Frank.
