NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, thanks Mr. Carmack for his continued dedication to keeping Cape May Avenue a clean and friendly place to live; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare October 20, 2015 to be “Raymond ‘Cape May Ray’ Carmack Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
