NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh congratulates Dr. Campbell on his 2nd anniversary serving as Reverend of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, and does hereby declare October 18, 2015 to be “Dr. Vincent K. Campbell Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
