Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh and the Departments of Innovation and Performance and Law to enter into an agreement with immigration attorney(s) to provide specialized legal services regarding immigration issues in the continued employment of designated personnel, including but not limited to preparing and filing nonimmigrant visa petitions/applications and advising regarding e-Verify requirements, at a cost not to exceed three thousand seven hundred fifty dollar and zero cents ($3,750.00).
