Resolution further amending Resolution No. 855 of 2011, effective January 1, 2012, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2012 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program” by closing projects pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
