Resolution further amending Resolution No. 704, effective January 1, 2008, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2008 Capital Budget and the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2008 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program,” by reducing MCARDLE ROADWAY VIADUCT #1 by $33,250 to remove unencumbered funds from a project pending closure.
