NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Christopher for his leadership, character, and dedication to his Troop and to his community; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, December 2, 2015 to be “Christopher Kraemer Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
