NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does thank The Pennsylvania Health Access Network and the thousands of seniors for its dedicated work in ensuring that UPMC honor its commitment to the City’s seniors in providing affordable and easily accessed health, and; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare December 15th 2015 to be “Health Access For All” Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
