NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Sister Mary Ellen Williams and the Board and volunteers of S.A.L.T. (Save-A-Life-Today); and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, December 21, 2015, to be “Sister Mary Ellen Williams and S.A.L.T. Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
