Resolution amending Resolution number 796 of 2013, effective January 1, 2014, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2014 through 2019 Capital Improvement Program” so as to change the fund from ‘OTHER’ to PAYGO for the Choice Neighborhoods project and to transfer the funds needed.
