Resolution providing for a Professional Service Agreement with a vendor for legal services to provide representation to the Human Relations Commission in special matters, including pending litigation, as well as any ensuing litigation arising therefrom, in an amount not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
