NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh commends Mr. Nolan for his dedication and devotion to God, his family, the City of Pittsburgh and the United States of America; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, January 2, 2016, to be “James Nolan Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
