Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into a lease agreement or agreements with Murray American Transportation, Inc. in order that it may utilize along the Ohio River near the West End Bridge designated as Block and Lot 7-P-200, for the purposes of mooring and unloading boats, barges, and other watercraft.
