Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh to apply for a grant, execute relevant agreements with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), to receive fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in relevant grant funds, and to hire a consultant for the amount not to exceed one-hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in the event the grant is awarded to the City of Pittsburgh. The grant would provide fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and the 2011 Comprehensive Plan Account would provide the remaining fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
