NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and congratulate Raye and Harry Coffey on the occasion of their 60th Anniversary; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, January 15, 2016, to be “ HARRY AND RAYE COFFEY DAY ” in the City of Pittsburgh.
