NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and celebrate the Pittsburgh Summit Against Racism in their 18th year, and wishes to show our support for their initiatives and the great progress for equality that will be made; and, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, January 23rd 2016 to be “Summit Against Racism Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
