NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Team Bigham for their undefeated fall season and continued success and thank the folks at Bigham Tavern for their support; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, January 26, 2016, to be “Team Bigham Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
