NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Mr. Paul Foster for his accomplishment as an author and wish him well on his second book; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, February 2, 2016, to be “Paul Foster Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
