Resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh (CITY), to enter into a Declaration of Gift Three Rivers Heritage Trail Stewardship Fund Agreement with the Pittsburgh Foundation and Friends of the Riverfront to establish and manage a stewardship fund for the maintenance and upkeep of the Three Rivers Heritage. Funds from private individuals and companies as well as public grants will be accepted for the Three Rivers Heritage Trail Fund.
