NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh thanks Mrs. Ernst, for her many years of service to the community, and; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare February 28, 2016 to be “Gloria ‘Toots’ Ernst” Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
