Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreement(s) and to provide administrative/operating expenses, including but not limited to, rehabilitation, maintenance, operation, insurance, utilities, furnishings, homeless prevention and essential services and other miscellaneous expenses associated with State Emergency Solutions Grant funds, as allocated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at a cost not to exceed $241,608.00.
