Resolution authorizing a five-year Intergovernmental Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh utilizing the City of Pittsburgh as the responsible entity pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (“NEPA”) to assume the responsibility of HUD for environmental reviews and for making decisions and taking actions that include executing the certification portion of HUD's Request for Release of Funds and Certification for the subject Authorities public housing grant program.
