NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Mr. Stephen Wayhart and BrandMill for their 13th Anniversary and many accomplishments; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, February 29, 2016, to be “BrandMill and Stephen Wayhart Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
