Resolution amending Resolution No. 242 of 2015 providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Independent Catalyst for professional services in connection with the City of Pittsburgh's Payroll and Human Resource system, (JD Edwards), by increasing the authorized amount from $550,000.00 to $579,625.00, a $29,625.00 increase in 2016.
