NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Bishop McKinley Young for his long and distinctive service to the African Methodist Episcopal Church; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, March 18, 2016, to be “Bishop McKinley Young Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
