NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby wish to recognize and commend the women who work in the construction industry throughout our region and NAWIC for continuing its goal of inclusiveness and equality for women in construction; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby proclaim the week of March 6th - 12th, 2016 as “Women in Construction Week” in the City of Pittsburgh.
