NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does herby commend and celebrate THRIVE Southwest PA, and thanks them for their continued advocacy for the LGBTQ community of the Pittsburgh region; and, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, March 14th 2016 to be “THRIVE Southwest PA Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
