Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Police on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with McGann & Chester, LLC for the provision of towing and storage services. Under terms of said Agreement(s) the City shall be responsible for reimbursing McGann & Chester, LLC for tows that are later exonerated by a court and/or the Chief of the Bureau of Police.
