Resolution amending Resolution number 772 of 2012, effective January 1, 2013, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2013 Capital Budget and the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2013 through 2018 Capital Improvement Program” so as to transfer $50,000 from Streetscape Improvements to the Park Reconstruction Program for the purpose of repairing the Swisshelm Park park and playground .
