Resolution amending Resolution 741 of 2025, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Block & Associates for legal services in connection with a current City construction project and other legal services, by increasing the contract amount by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) for a new not to exceed amount of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000) over two (2) years.
