NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize , commend and congratulate Rabbi Shimon Silver and Rebbitzen Chani Silver for their dedication, commitment and generosity to the community, for their sharing of knowledge and intellect and for their devotion without any expectation of reward ; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, March 14, 2016 to be “RABBI SHIMON AND REBBITZEN CHANI SILVER DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
