NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Brianna Parker for her selfless dedication to help new mothers and their children; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby proclaim March 15th, 2016 as “Brianna Parker Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
