Resolution providing for an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh (“City”), the County of Allegheny (“County”), and the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board (“Board”) for the shared operation and administration of the Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment program for a period commencing May 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2016, an amount not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thousand ($1,500,000) Dollars.
