NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Ms. Alma Speed Fox and Ms. Marimba Milliones for being honored by the Allegheny County Democratic Committee Black Caucus for their civil rights and political advocacy work in Pittsburgh.
